Today’s daily prompt is called Counting Voices and it asks;
A lively group discussion, an intimate tête-à-tête, an inner monologue — in your view, when it comes to a good conversation, what’s the ideal number of people?
It is not the number of voices but the quality of what they say. Quality beats quantity.
Although as Joseph Stalin is supposed to have said (although it looks like he didn’t), quantity has a quality all its own. Would that apply to this case? Maybe, the more voices you have, the more different opinions and perspectives you’ll have, the more likely you are to encounter a good idea. Just might be a bit chaotic.
